New Student Enrollment

Enrollment in the Elkhorn Area School District is open to all school-age residents within the established boundaries of the school district, and to those from other districts who have been accepted through Open Enrollment

New Student Online Enrollment is for students entering EASD for the first time or students returning to EASD after a break in attendance of over three (3) months. All 4K students and students transferring to EASD from another school district must complete New Student Online Enrollment. If you are hoping to enroll in our OPtions Virtual Charter School, please contact Harriett Peterson at 262-723-1696 or peteha@elkhorn.k12.wi.us to schedule a pre-enrollment meeting before beginning the enrollment application.

HOW TO ENROLL

Forms can be dropped off at the District Office or your student's school.

Additional health forms are requested of 4K, Kindergarten, 4th, 7th, and 9th grade students. Please visit the Health Services website to learn more.
